saying no

there are plenty of ways to say no without actually using the word no. although i am horrible at using them. i cant tell people no, well i can i just don't like the look on there face when you say no. its so sad and i feel horrible and end up saying yes anyway. usually if i want to say no i will just say i have other plans maybe some other time.
